7. Cookies and the DPDP Act, 2023
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules, 2025, cookies that collect or process personal data (such as IP address, device identifiers, or browsing behaviour) are subject to the same consent and transparency requirements as other forms of personal data collection.

8. Do Not Track (DNT) Signals 
Some browsers offer a 'Do Not Track' (DNT) setting that sends a signal to websites requesting that your browsing not be tracked. Currently, there is no universal standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals in India or globally.At present, www.realcontractors.in does not alter its behaviour in response to DNT signals.
